1. SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Skyrra Networks, located in Chicago, Illinois (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
This Promotion is void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on the first day of each month and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on the last day of the same month (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are multiple methods of entry:you can claim daily free entry, you can play to earn entries. You can watch a couple ads to earn entries. “Watching ads is optional and provides additional entries, but you can always enter for free via the app claim free entry button daily.
(a) Gameplay Entries
During the Promotion Period, participants may earn one (1) entry for every two (2) minutes of active gameplay within the Skyrra Classics App, up to a maximum of ten (10) gameplay entries per day.
(b) Rewarded Ad Entries
Participants may earn one (1) entry each time they watch a rewarded advertisement within the app, up to a maximum of two (2) rewarded ad entries per day.
(c) Free Daily Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without playing or watching ads, participants may receive one (1) free entry per day by selecting the “🎁 Claim Free Daily Entry” button available in the app, or by visiting the online form at:

All entries have an equal chance of winning. A purchase, payment, or gameplay will not improve your odds.
5. ENTRY LIMITS
Each participant may earn a total of up to 13 entries per day (10 gameplay + 2 ad-based + 1 free daily entry).
Entries automatically reset on the first day of each new month.
6. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Drawings will occur within seven (7) days after the end of each monthly Promotion Period.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

PRIZE DETAILS
Monthly prizes may include gift cards, prepaid cards, or digital rewards as announced within the app.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize and the total ARV for all prizes in a given month will be disclosed in the in-app announcement for that month.
All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified by in-app message, email, or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing date.
Winners must respond within five (5) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
Sponsor reserves the right to:
Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or any other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion;
Disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules;
Substitute any prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other error beyond its reasonable control.
11. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to use their first name, username, city, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Skyrra Networks and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
13. PRIVACY
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
